Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PropHealth (“the Service”), operated by Moin Siddiqui (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

PropHealth is currently in private beta. This means:

• The Service is provided for evaluation purposes and may change significantly.
• Features may be added, removed, or altered without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or continuity of any feature during the beta period.
• Data you store during beta may be lost when we transition to a production release; we will give reasonable notice if this is likely.

By using PropHealth during beta you accept these limitations.

PropHealth provides:

• Property history reports sourced from publicly available data (HM Land Registry, Environment Agency, and other public-sector sources)
• AI-generated risk scores and analysis
• Document storage and verification tools
• Energy efficiency information and compliance tracking
• Remortgage and financial alerts

PropHealth is an information service, not a regulated financial, legal, or property advisory service. Our reports and scores are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any property purchase, sale, remortgage, or other financial decision. You should always obtain independent professional advice (solicitor, surveyor, financial adviser) before making significant property decisions.

We source data from public registers and third-party APIs and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date. However:

• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
• Public records may contain errors that are outside our control.
• AI-generated scores and analysis are probabilistic estimates, not certainties.

Always verify important information through independent sources.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PropHealth. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@prophealth.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable UK law or regulation
• Misrepresent property information or use our tools to deceive buyers, sellers, or lenders
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Interfere with the Service or other users' use of it

Free tier features are available without payment. Paid plans (where available) are billed monthly or annually as stated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pricing is shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' written notice.

All content, software, and design elements of PropHealth are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on information it provides. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice where possible. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
